At Mailbox Emporium, we understand that occasional problems may arise with a customerís order. If you need to return a product please email us at email@example.com. We will issue an RGA (Return Good Authorization). Please note: Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA (returned goods authorization) number from us. Orders must be shipped freight prepaid and a 25% restocking fee may apply. Products must be returned in their original shipping cartons within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Custom orders and orders with options cannot be returned.
